RESERVATIONS:
Are confirmed at the time of booking with major US Bank issued credit cards. Personal checks are accepted for advance deposits and for payment upon arrival. We also accept online payments through PayPal (including Canadian)
CANCELLATIONS:
Seven days notice required. 100% of the total room rate, for one night, will be charged on cancellations and postponements for any reason with less than seven days notice, unless the room is rebooked. We are a small bed & breakfast and cancellations adversely effect us. For this reason, the cancellation policy is strictly enforced.
CHILDREN:
Age 12 and over are accepted. We truly love them; however, safely issues with the dock and water are concerns.

- Check In: Between 4 PM - 8 PM
- Late Arrivals: Your room is only guaranteed until 8 PM, so please call if you are going to arrive after 8 PM so we will continue to hold your room.
- Check Out: 11:00 AM.
