Refunds on last minute cancellations will be made provided the room can be re-booked (A processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount). Deposits can be applied to a rescheduled date. A full, sit-down breakfast is served at 9:00 AM. If this is not convenient time for you, or if you prefer to miss breakfast, we will offer a 10% discount off of your room rate. You will have access to the Butler's Pantry, which has a Hot & Cold water dispenser and assorted tea bags & instant coffee. Please let us know your breakfast option when you make your reservations. If your group takes all of the rooms, the breakfast time can be adjusted.
