To help you enjoy your stay in our beautiful Victorian home, we ask the following of our guests . . .

Check in time is between 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM.  . . . Unless special  arrangements are made in advance.

Check out time is 11:00 AM  . . . Unless special arrangements are made in advance.

Children  . . . We truly love them!  However, due to safety concerns with the dock and lake, we accept young adults over the age of 12 years.  

Our home offers a NO SMOKING environment.

Sorry . . . NO pets are permitted.  We do have two wonderful dogs in our private quarters.  We can recommend a local boarding kennel.

We serve a sit-down, full breakfast at 9:00 AM.  If this is not convenient time for you, or if you prefer to miss breakfast, we will offer a 10% discount off of your room rate.  You will have access to the Butler's Pantry, which has a Hot & Cold water dispenser and assorted tea bags & instant coffee.  Please let us know your breakfast option when you make your reservations.  If your group takes all of the rooms, the breakfast time can be adjusted.  Please let us know as soon as possible if you have any special diet restrictions or concerns.  We will do our best to accommodate your requirements if we are notified in advance.
