All room rates include a full, sit-down, sumptuous breakfast served at 9:00 AM. Our breakfasts always include homemade bread/muffins, fresh fruit compotes, special hot entree, juice, and coffee or tea.  You will dine by candlelight with elegant place settings of fine china, antique glassware and crystal .  The china sets change from day to day . . . up to nine days! You can enjoy your breakfast in our formal dining room or enjoy a more casual, but inviting, setting on the screened, wrap-a-round porch  . . . weather permitting.  Both locations afford you a view of lovely VanCleef Lake.  What a way to begin your day! We do our best to accommodate your special diet restrictions or concerns . . . providing we are notified in advance.

Please Note:  If 9:00 AM  is not convenient time for you, or if you prefer to miss breakfast, we will offer a 10% discount off of your room rate.  You will have access to the Butler's Pantry, which has a Hot & Cold water dispenser and assorted tea bags & instant coffee.  Please let us know your breakfast option when you make your reservations.  If your group takes all of the rooms, the breakfast time can be adjusted.

Access to large screened-in wrap-a-round porch that overlooks the gardens, VanCleef Lake and the Cayuga-Seneca Canal.  Furnished with lovely comfortable wicker furniture.  For those that must, there is also a Television with Cable.

Use of private dock for your boat.  The dock has comfortable iron patio furniture.  It's the perfect spot to enjoy the morning sunrise, take a swim, do some fishing or just relax.

Free use of paddle boats.
